The Genentech Foundation has been supporting CMC’s critical work with advanced cancers since 2009, granting us a total of $100,000 and over $1,500 in workplace giving. One of their employees, Alice L. has been a volunteer here since 2012, providing Mandarin and Cantonese interpretation for our clients.

Genentech is committed to being a strong corporate citizen, and the Genentech Foundation is one of the most important ways in which they give back. Launched in 2002, the Foundation is charged with identifying and supporting select organizations whose missions and outreach align with their funding priorities of health education, patient support and community support.

We see patients coming together to form communities. We see organizations providing education, raising awareness and providing much-needed support.
