The most impactful way to donate is to set up an easy, automated monthly gift to continually support CMC’s delivery of integrative medicine to low-income women with cancer. Your contribution will be automatically charged to your credit card each month, and you may change or cancel your gift at any time. Please help us conserve paper and funds by providing your email address with your donation. Otherwise, we will send your tax receipt via postal mail. Many of our donors honor or memorialize a loved one or ask friends to celebrate birthdays and special occasions with a gift to CMC. We are happy to send additional acknowledgements on your behalf.
Remembering CMC with a bequest from your estate will help sustain and strengthen our organization in the years to come.
IRA Charitable contributions are welcome. If you are 70.5 years old or older, use your traditional IRA as a simple way to reduce your tax liability and make your charitable gifts.

The Charlotte Maxwell Clinic is committed to protecting the security and privacy of our donors. Donation activity is 100% secure and donor information will not be shared with any third party.

SSL (Secured Sockets Layer). SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

Awareness. The Charlotte Maxwell Clinic’s Donor Privacy Policy is to inform you of the way your information is used. Also, you can remove your name from our email and postal mailing lists at any time.
Information Collected
Here are the types of donor information that we may collect and maintain:

- Payment information: credit card number, expiration date, and billing information
- Information you wish to share: questions, comments, and suggestions
- Your request to receive updates: communications related to specific fund-raising appeals, clinic events, and new programs/services, if desired.
How Information Is Used
The Charlotte Maxwell Clinic uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. We respond to your questions and concerns, and update you on clinic happenings. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing through Flipcause, our secure fundraising platform partner. Once your credit card payment is posted, CMC does not keep your card number for other purposes. We appreciate and use any comments you offer. CMC takes each recommendation seriously as to how we might improve what we do.
No Sharing of Personal Information
Hate those robo calls and phishing emails? We do, too. The Charlotte Maxwell Clinic will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any other organizations. The identity of all our donors is kept confidential.
Removing Your Name from Our Mailing List
Charlotte Maxwell Clinic works to improve communication with our supporters. If you wish to change your communication preferences, feel free to opt out. You can be removed from our mailing list or use our Safe Unsubscribe option to no longer receive emails.
