Charlotte Maxwell Clinic, Suite 514

Guided by the tones of crystal bowls, chimes, drum, voice, and other resonant instruments chosen to meet the needs of the group, this sound bath offers a restorative space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with the body’s innate healing wisdom and natural rhythm. A few quiet moments of silent integration follow the sound journey, allowing the body time to absorb and settle, before a brief closing meditation supporting the transition back into daily life. No musical or meditation experience is needed to participate, simply come ready to rest, breathe, and receive.

This workshop is available to current Charlotte Maxwell Clinic clients. If you are not currently a client and would like to access CMC services, please complete our Self-Referral Form.
